Welcome to VILLA FERHAN! This is a luxury villa with a private pool in the Bitez Village of BODRUM/TURKEY.
If you are looking for a relaxed holiday in a beautiful home for the summer or the whole year round, our property is the right choice for you.
Villa Ferhan is a five bedroom luxury villa surrounded with a big patio and several terraces, located near the Bitez Village of Bodrum. The main villa has three bedrooms and the other two bedrooms are located in the lower garden. Villa Ferhan is exquisitely decorated and boasts amenities that can match any world-class hotel. (Please see the descriptions of the interior and exterior areas of the property.) The villa can easily accomodate up to 10 people, and has ample space both inside and outside for a comfortable, relaxing, and stylish holiday. The house commands a magnificient view of the valley and the sea, and is situated in a peaceful area that has very easy access to the city center. The beautiful beaches of the Bitez Bay are only 10 minutes away, while your private pool and lounge chairs are available day and night, at your footsteps.
The two additional rooms and the living room with kitchen in the lower garden can be rented with extra charges (See Rates and Terms.) These rooms are also with private bathrooms and nicely decorated. With the addition of these two rooms, 8 to 10 people can sleep in the villa comfortably.
Additional features are: Central heating, air conditioning in each room, full marble bathrooms, satellite TV, music system, wireless internet access, alarm system (controlled by a security company), fireplace, vegetable garden, gardener, housekeeping services, pool maintenance, ample parking area and a garage. The linens and towels will be changed two times a week!

Two friendly dogs live on the grounds, no other pets are therefore permitted.
